Abstract This CEU presentation tackles a central challenge in ABA organizations: how to train and supervise staff effectively from day one. Using humorous and relatable scenes from The Office, participants are guided through a series of training and supervision principles—from how to translate company values into behavioral expectations to how to structure engaging, retention-focused learning.
